My story
In 2012 I moved to Australia but I couldn't find one of my favourite cakes - the Russian honey cake (медовик). Light, fluffy and delicately sweet, I just couldn't live without them. Back home, a honey cake would accompany me everywhere: birthdays, house warmings, graduations.

I started to make honey cakes just to remind myself of home and of the good times shared. Today, I want to share the happiness with you.
